Internal communication in the internal marketing component is a really big piece of this pie that might often get over a get overlooked. I think we all want to separate ourselves from the pack. We put all our ideas in there every month and if you put an idea in there, you have to pitch the idea. Part of that pitching is like, what the idea? What's the crazy idea?
