Is the Usefulness of a Resume Going Down?

The usefulness of a resume is probably going down. We get really strategic with our application questions to try to gauge how someone by the way they answer. And so it's less about the resume, because you can put together really good resume with al a whole bunch of certifications. But i think if you are looking for skill, if you're looking for experience, those are usually going to come out of that boot camp or apprenticeship.
