The Dilemma of Jay Edgar Hoover

Jay Edgar Hoover was 30 years older than Bobby Kennedy. They really did come from very different worlds. As somebody who came from the upper class, Bobby often would flout rules that everyone else would have to follow. The FBI could not no longer credibly say there is no such thing as sort of a national mafia organization. He also went along with Bobby's focus on the mafia, though he did warn JFK about Judith Campbell.
