The Color Changes Your Brain Chemistry

Think of your favorite color and being surrounded by it is because usually there's no, not much objection to that. So you think about first and that helps to start bringing the stress chemicals down. Then as you think of hugging your subject and the light and all of that, every connection between neurons are starting to produce endorphin serotonin oxytocin. That creates the change in how you feel. It also brings the blood back to your prefrontal cortex. I was tired before, but now suddenly I have a little bit more energy. What we did there was literally changing brain chemistry.
