Tailwind is a framework of styling and you have to get familiar with this before you find it useful. It's one of those examples of the dev by 1000 cuts in terms of style components. And also, I think if we go down to the sentiment analysis for this library, we will see that style components have pretty a lot of negative sentiment. React team is discouraging using of CSS and JS libraries that can't be extracted to regular CSS.
