The Importance of Open Communication as a Coach

The ability to actually come to somebody with a problem is such an important trait. Even the people who are most successful at making progress building muscle getting stronger losing fat and then sustaining that progress made hundreds of mistakes had loads of bad days. If you can make them so comfortable knowing that going off like having a bad day overeating make mistakes that's part of the process I'm not judging you it drastically increases the probability of success for that client.
