How Strength Training Can Help in Women With PCOS

I don't think there is that messaging out there about the importance of strength training and how it can help in women with PCOS. There's no real evidence to show that having low glycemic index carbs actually really benefits someone who doesn't have PCOS or type 2 diabetes, but it's still pretty beneficial.
