The Complexity of Policy Making
Game theory can help people wade through an incredibly complex web of individual interests, group interests, different incentives and possible unintended consequences. It's so helpful because you can predict what people should do if they didn't have any moral implications at all. For example, Chris, one unintended consequence of British colonialization and alcoholism is now a bunch of people that look like me pretend that IPAs are good. And it really does underscore how critical it is to have meaningful, thoughtful discussion about complex issues free from biases.
