Insolment, Quote Unquote, Happens

Pope was following the science, so to speak, to do his theology in the light of the science that was current at the time. The church is slow to say when insolment, quote unquote, happens. Now notice in 1987, the human beings are respecting treated as a person. It says, doesn't come out and says it is a person from the moment of conception, but must be treated as a people, right?
