Meditation - The First Layer

Meditation is a practice or process in which you're trying to become aware that you're aware. The things that come, you know, most common for me when meditating is, it's just a process of becoming aware of like what thoughts are going on. And without the goal of like trying to stop those thoughts, right, you're not trying to stops those thoughts. You're just being aware that they exist almost like clouds passing in the sky.
