Africa contributes three % of global carbon emissions to day. Most of that is south africa and a few north african countries. We know the region will be dramatically more impacted by climate change than elsewhere. The first pillar needs to be about green growth, jobs and g d pgro for countries taking advantage of decarbonization and adaptation.
