A 42 year old female, a lifelong resident of South East Michigan, who developed a factory heart failure due to an on-screen recording way out of the team. She required placement of a left ventricular assist device or LVAB as a bridge to heart transplantation. The first year after her LVAB placement, she was had a recourse that was complicated by recurrent superficial infections of the LVAB dry flowing with the BSPL, or extended spectrum beta lactomase, BSPL,. E. coli.
