How to Get Good Sleep
Don't work or study in the bedroom that's not a good thing. Avoid napping after three o'clock and for longer than 90 minutes very helpful otherwise you're going to disrupt. Don't eat a heavy meal with within two hours of going to bed so you know uh don't sleep with your lights and your television on. Back off on the alcohol and the caffeine exercise daily but not within two hour of bed time once a minute these are medical recommendationsmedical recommendations for good sleep yeah leave the phones and other devices outside your bedroom put electronics aside at least an hour before going to bed. Practice mediation or meditation or regular prayer that's obvious you know and don't be in a stressful situation
