The Dhamma, the Way Bante Put It
I used to come and sit in that room with this tartan-patanned carpet, which Buddha Dasa bought for Bante. The whole order, men's wing of the order there, present, women's wing, is probably only 10 order members at that time. There were extraordinary times, those very, very creative times. What's so gratifying to someone like me who's been involved from so early on, and done my part, played my part in building it all up, is to see it's so alive now. So much of it unexplored today. Even though some of it is rather quaint, you'll find still gems of Dhamma that have not been taken
