Predictive and Preventive Maintenance
There's actually four different strategies in maintenance you can use. Part of our CM would help you decide on those. There's preventive or planned maintenance, which is what the vast majority of people use today. And then predictive, same thing. The last one is proactive. This thing is the most important component. It fails on a semi-regular basis and it does replace it - that's proactive.
