When do you start vasoactive medications in patients with RV failure, and which agents do you prefer for the various RV failure phenotypes? Dr. Tettford: I try to use those agents that will not lower SVR, mill or known in isolated RV function. So I find typically a house too much peripheral vasodilatation. Typically, it's my first agent. Again, assuming this is truly isolated right ventricular failure.
