Strength Training - Cardio Shouldn't Be Your Priority Right Now
If you if your joints hurt, if you kind of feel like you're falling apart a little bit, if you're super strung out and stressed out, then cardio should not be your priority. I would much rather prioritize my strength training results and add in cardio a but really make sure that my cardio is not inhibiting mystrength training results so my body feels best. With this ten i do one 15 minute hit type class on wednesdays. One more moderate and short cardio class that's low impact on mondays. And these are all the classes that i teach. By the way, i don't do any workouts besides the one that i teach and my walking. And then
