Dunk's Reflection on Destiny Versus Decision

Dunk thinks some old dead king gave a sword to one son instead of another. He's thinking about how these big plays by the leadership of the realm, you know, they all their strife and warring amongst each other. But at the same time, he's pointing out how this transfer of swords between two lords led to the death of someone's son. Of a common person. It reminds me a little bit of Jorah saying, you high lords, you peasants, small folks offer most when you high lords play your game of thrones. They just want to be left in peace. And they never are.
