Efforts to Target Elderly Smokers in Hong Kong

This chapter discusses the efforts of the Hong Kong Council on Smoking and Health to target elderly smokers, including running a smoking cessation promotion project since 2012, engaging smoke-free elderly ambassadors, and providing free smoking cessation programs. It highlights the increased awareness among the elderly and the initiatives to educate young people to persuade their smoking relatives to quit.
