I love Indian cooking and, you know, dal is a big thing that I've been a big fan of for a long time. But these days I'm fairly simple with my lentils. I really love whole red lentils. They're brown on the outside and they cook up just the same as regular brown or green lentils. That was my lunch. Oh, what toast? Oh, toast. What toast? Well, it was a dough that came out of a dough that I made on the weekend and half of it went to pizza and some of it going to bread. It's just a basic sourdough. Yeah.
