Custom License Plates

i've seen, for some ason in illinois, or at least in this part of illinois, license plates. I guess there's no like, exorbitant charge for having a custom one. The only interesting one is this one from michigan that says, zono colorados are zero. i went into my google photos and typed in license plate soand showed me all the fittures of license plates i have ever taken.
