There's another group of people who are saying the difference between a synthetic silisibon and a mushroom is also a great difference. And we don't know quite what that mans, but it's probably true. Since a mushroom has a whole another set of alkaloids in it, so it should have a slightly different effect than just the silisibin moleculey.
