I don't know if social planning ran off the cliff in the 20th century, maybe because there were too many people or not enough money but something defeated all these utopian visions of how people might have lived. That's what I'm hoping doesn't happen in the next 25 years. Some lack of resource or vision doesn't reveal that we can't give enough people a terrible life so we have to live forward into an age of revolution and struggle for resources. So far it doesn't seem to have gotten out of hand. These entrepreneurial capitalists, this is what they're doing, they're building vast wealth downstream for their children.
