The patient is stable enough that I think you can look it up and or just see how they evolve over time, you know? And this is exactly where I was when I saw the specific gravity and the urine osmolality. The visual field test was totally normal. And the TSH, 3T4, FSH, LH, prolactin, ACTH, and cortisol within normal limits. So he had both central and nephrogenic DI. His brain was actually secreting vasopressa and nephrogensic DI.
