Is There a Common Nature?

With this modern philosophical or modern scientific approach it's easy to rule out the notion of a common nature. If you are only searching for a particular answer you are going to dismiss as nonsensical or silly or naive those that fall without your considerations. So with this dismissing of nature we also have a dismissing of normative claims. It becomes difficult to say what a human person ought to do if we have no sense of what a human people is because like for instance if you so you can think of Ariel right in the Little Mermaid okay great classic early 90s wonderful time maybe it was late 80s hard to say  in the golden age of puffy case VHSes but Ariel doesn't know what
