Is Your Customer a Good Fit for Your Product?

A lot of companies have aspirational ICP definitions. They'll say we wanna sell the Fortune 500. That's not where we're selling today but we wanna sell. The ideal customer profile is going to change over time because your product's gonna change. But in my mind, if we're asking the question about right now, not in the future, right now, what I gotta do is look at, well, what's my differentiated value and then who cares a lot about that?
