The Cost of Collaboration in Agile Development

Most organizations that think they're doing Agile now. If they're going to go full Agile, then there's a problem. This is one of the normal problems. You get landed into a population. And it would be a tremendous cost to most organizations if they went full Agile today. Even with companies in this town that's actually says that they're doing really good Agile,. They're usually having a kind of big analysis phase and a big design phase strategy. So why is it so hard for companies to get it right? What's the problem? What are they not prepared to give up?
