McDonald's Sues Laura Summers and Donna Summers

Laura's suit named assistant managers Donna Summers and Kim Dockery, as well as David Stewart. There had been about 30 other scam calls to McDonald's restaurants throughout the country that involved girls and young women being assaulted and forced to strip in front of others. 12 of these incidents resulted in the corporation being taken to court in four different states. Settlements had been reached in all of these cases. Laura's was the first to proceed to trial.
