The Supreme Court Is a Conservative Court
The court has not struck 22 laws since 1995 when it assumed its power. The composition of the court has changed over the years and is much more conservative today than 10 years ago or 20 years ago because politicians were quite skillful in appointing more conservative judges. Are there some legitimate grievances yes maybe some you know not all not all decisions are great, but by and large i think it's uh we have to look at the at other explanations and that is the wishes of politicians who can pursue their policies without legal constraints.
