The Effects of Fiscal Support on Inflation

Inflation is very dynamic though. Higher inflation leads to higher inflationary expectations. And so it is important to know what the sources of inflation are. But understanding the quantitative effects on inflation also helps you evaluate how much of the fiscal support actually went into quantities as opposed to prices. It's good to know our textbooks still applicable, even when things are strange.
