Home Depot Lows - Is There a Silver Lining?
Mortgage rates are literally twice what they were seven months ago. Diana oleck, not good news for housing at all. Rates will continue to grind higher. I don't know where it stops, but it ain't stopping here. The pain around that is something that i think has not yet bitten.
