Accepting Failures in a Younger Company
How do you deal with allowing people to fail if it's the right kind of failure and not being afraid that this is going to be negative? I want to distinguish first of all to make a clear distinction there is a big difference between I failed because I did it well and either assumption that I was wrong, it didn't work. And so what we know is that in huge companies, one of the reasons there's no innovation is because people are afraid to fail. So by doing that I think we've created much more freedom for people to fail to test and find that it's not working.
