I woke up at like seven in the morning which I suppose is when I'd normally wake up in an average week. Jack had already gone past me and I basically had to chase him down. So yeah but I had a decent load of porridge he cut the strong teas and I ran with a whole packet of biscoth biscuits who don't sponsor me by the way.
