If you are a theist or if you're religious, it's open to you to simply deny the evolutionary story as the complete story. You could, for example, think that god has guided evolution to insure that humans will end up with approximately true moral beliefs. And there's nothing in philosophy that says that you can't have that view. I think that's a very popular and persuasive form of the debunking argument.
