Is There Any Data on the State Pension?

One way in which data can be bad as I would call it is that there's just no data there at all. Can you give us an example of a situation where you feel there should be data and there just isn't? In the UK, when the state pension was first rolled out they made an estimate of how many people would apply for it. The numbers just weren't there because compulsory birth registration wasn't brought in until fairly recently before that pension came in. And we see this in various other countries of the world still today. UNICEF estimates that something like one in five children, their birth wasn't registered. So on some level, on paper, they don't really exist
