The decision was of course a financial decision but at the same time it was a culture decision and we wanted to make sure that we as a small startup fit into the culture of that bigger company. It still gave us those like startup mentality that we really liked they felt like everybody was young and motivated and excited about building new features instead of being stuck in in old processes. We had other companies that were way bigger than we talked to but they also have a much more stringent way of working and like more processes in place that we would just not be happy with.
