How to Fix a Problem
There's kind of a meta question here, which is, as someone who doesn't have influence on this team, or visibility into what's going wrong, how do I fix it? Because the problems definitely directly influence me, but I can't influence a solution. There's an answer that applies to these kinds of problems that has lots of caveats, but I will say it anyways: You walk the tree till you get to that person. So if you're on the same team, this can work decently because there's less room for mistranslation. But the further away they are in the org, the more steps it's going to have to go through.
