Marriott has 8,500 hotels globally. We only own 20 of those physical assets. Almost the entirety of that portfolio is owned by Chinese companies. I think there was pre-pandemic a shift away from consumption of hard goods towards investment and experiences. The pandemic served as an accelerant and caused that trend to spread across generations.
