How to Be a Better Pastor

Pastor: If you're in a situation where you're, as a church administrator, not being managed particularly well, then set the example. You can start with your team and create a culture in your team, which is a great example. I often have pastors saying to me, how did you lead that? And they all seem to be on the same page. They all seem to have joy and just love what they're doing. So yeah, lots of things to reflect on their mate. Very helpful. Thanks so much for coming on podcast.
