The Politics of Gun Control

I would just really love one set of rules for whether a political movement is to blame. I don't think publishing the manifestos is a great idea certainly not giving them a ton of attention because it can produce copycats. It gives people a reason to get famous and get their ideas famous but you absolutely cannot make the call on whether manifestos are published based on whether they are inconvenient to the political allies of said messenger.
