The assumption has everything to do with the kind of purity culture we have in ninguia. Withhow expensive accommodation is, they just don't assume that a woman who is working will work enough to save kind of money. So staying a life in this country means one has to be married. It's not just lagos where landlords openly practice sexism and tribalism. The only people you can supposedly complain to are your friends or family members. There needs to be some kind of legislation which stops people from segregating their property based on nationality etne group.
