Sten: You have to know, you have to read the room. I can think of a few clients I have that are type A business owners that I would speak a little more directly to. More often than not, the person in the room is at a disadvantage to you. They're coming in, questioning their choices. The, whether you work with me or somebody else's approach has a higher probability of landing well. If you come out too hot and you're talking to somebody like, you need to do this tomorrow and if you don't, you'd be silly. That's a risky thing to say unless you know this is the type of person who when they receive that.
