Russell Definite Descriptions - I Know This With Certitude

Russell's idea is that whether or not you're a skeptic about the other stuff, you can say with a certainty how to analyze those propositions. You give definite descriptions of them and you just break things down into their parts. And we saw with like someone like Karnap, right? You get down to the sense data and you can just say, okay, there are these, or maybe with Wittgenstein atomic facts, right? He just thinks is baloney thinking specifically of Russell there and definite descriptions, right?
