What Are Your Most Critical Meetings Every Week?
I try to meet at least one customer every week on average that's critical and then you count that as one of the critical meetings. The meeting with my leadership team where i try to get a pulse of how they are thinking about where things are going and how. I have an R dedicated every month week we will just catch up and discuss if there's something burning we push it otherwise he'll just come in and say everything is going fine and we'll talk about random stuffUh uh the third one would like i mean and in schedule meeting i think the only other one i can talk about is i'll generally have at least one meeting with some functional head each week.
