The Conclusion of the British Indictment

The Declaration of Independence was written in 1776. It's a statement of principle, indictment and now they're driving towards a conclusion. A prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyrant is unfit to be the ruler of a free people. They want it known by the world. The break has been made. This is their conclusion. And then they add this: "This applies to anybody at any time"
