How to Be More Method Cognitive in Learning

To become more method cognitive, you can think of learning as a three-step process before, during, and after. You can be a little bit method cognitive in each stage. So if you're struggling to understand what the lecturer is saying, then an adjustment might be, I'll stop take notes. Or I'll take lighter, more key word-based notes. And then which one do you think is the better one?
