Judaism Changed After My Father Joined the Seminary
i'm curious if those murmurings were ever heard by your father, and if it ever hurt him. I've just always been a point of curiosity of my own. My father was not in a conservative environment. It was an orthodox faculty. The students were also expected to be orthodox and conservative. He disagreed when the decision was made that the minion could consist of women as well as men,. To count for ten he disagreed with that. David wiselivne left, sure. But what could he do at that point? Everybody needs a job!
