The Right Leaders Are Better Than Bad Leaders

Some of our ministries have too many leaders but that's a different story. We're building a process right now to evaluate leaders and how they're doing are they connecting with students, do they understand the vision? Are they consistent like all these different markers  and we're going to start having hard conversations of leaders telling them hey i don't think this is a good fit for you because leading isn't a privilege right or sorry what's the saying it'sLeading isn't a a right it's a privilege man we're on top of it today oh i can't say ambiguity you can't say that saying that's fine dude.
