Is Russia Evacuating Ukrainians?
The area of Hassan is around 26,000 kilometers square. The actual site of Hassan is as far as I can find out, it's around 600 kilometers square. Russia is saying that Ukrainians are going to attack kill civilians. That's why civilians need to evacuate. But in these seven months, we've seen that the Ukrainian army has been acting with much more precision than the Russian army. It's a very unusual announcement. One possible reason is that these civilians might be used as a shield to cover the withdrawal of Russian military officials or probably as a Shield to help Russians bring more reinforcements to the border. We don't know, but it's really important.
