I have a hard time understanding why it's so hard for that customer experience part to to because people don't think it matters yeah. Most people do what other companies do okay and it's been so long since we as human beings have had great experiences. You shouldn't spend money with companies that don't truly try their very bad I'm not saying they're not gonna fuck up right? People are doing that now because the standard has been so low everywhere but it's not low everywhere you just have to look a little bit, he says.
